Purpose
It is used to adjust content of titanium element in different brand aluminium alloys as substitute of intermediate alloy ,which can reduce melting temperature.
 
Use method
The adding quantity of Ti additive shall be calculated at be the extraction yield of 90% according to content of alloy elements is in the alloy brands under production and on-the-spot sample analysis.It can be directly thrown into the aluminium bath evenly and dispersedly.after skimming is completed.after small flame disappears.It is required to enhance manual mixing for even distribution and sufficient dispersing time shall be guaranteed according to practical situation .

1.Use under temperature：740-760℃.
2..Adding quantity (kg)=Alloy element content（%）on-the-spot sample analysis element content %) /(Extrection yield (90%)×Element content in additive（55%or 75%or 75%)×Charging quantity(kg)
3.melting time :2-5minutes
 
Packaging and storage
It is0.5kg for each block,2kg for each package and 20kg for each box .which shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place .The storage period is one year if plastic bag is not damaged.
