SX-Al-Ti—Ba

Main features
1 .This product is 9.5mm wire rolled with advanced equipment and wound into bundle with bright silvery white and appearance and neat and close arrangement.
2 .During casting of aluminium bar, it is added from launder to reduce burning caused by  furnace feeding.
3 .Titanium and boron are evenly distributed with low level.

1 .It can improve internal structure of aluminium bar obviously.
2 .It can improve final mechanical performance of product to a great extent.
3 .It can reduce extrusion pressure, energy consumption and die loss.
4 .It will improve extrusion speed and production efficiency.
5 .It will improve rate of finished product.
6 .It will improve uniformity and brightness of oxidation coloring.

Use method
The adding rate shall be calculated in accordance with titanium content of  alloy to be produced, It can charged from launder through electric withdrawing or hand operation.

It uses transparent plastic film for packaging with wooden tray on the bottom ,The warranty period is one year .
