SX-AlSr10

Purpose
Al-Si is applicable to metal casting ,low pressure casting and hypoeutectic and eutectic aluminium silicon alloy modification with long casting time. 

Main features
1.Al-Sr modifying flux has good organization state and is a new type long acting modifying flux,which can optimize eutectic silicon shape and distribution,improve mechanical property and enhance its fluidity .
 2.It features simple use , no pollution ,less consumption and long acting efficacy, For modification of remelting. The efficacy can pass down.

Use method
1.Adding temperature：720-760℃
2.Reference use level:0.2-0.6%。of aluminium volume to be processed, strontium is effective in scrap .
3.Modification duration :4-8hours
4.Operating method :add modifying flux into aluminium liquid.after melting .mix up evenly and place for 10~20minutes.
 The modification shall be performed after refining ,After modification,secondary refining can be implemented on demand.

Packaging and storage
This product is white metal block,250g each and 25kg for each packed carton ,It shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place with one year of storage period.
